Who we are

This site is operated by Media eXperience d.o.o., Belgrade, the company behind the Videolift brand. For anything in this note, write to hello@videolift.io.

What this site does not do

It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from third parties (fonts and media are served from this domain), and does no profiling and no automated decision-making. What you watch and click here is not tracked by us or anyone else.

Server logs

Like practically every website, the infrastructure serving these pages keeps standard technical logs: IP address, time, and the page or file requested. We use them only to keep the site secure and running (our legitimate interest), we look at them in aggregate, and they are kept briefly and routinely deleted.

The contact form and email

If you use the form or write to us, we receive what you send: your name, work email, company, and message. We use it only to reply and handle your inquiry, which is also the legal basis for processing it (steps taken at your request before any contract, and our legitimate interest in answering). The message travels through the hosting and email infrastructure that delivers it to us, acting on our behalf. We keep the correspondence only as long as the conversation is relevant, and we never sell it, share it, or add you to any list. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by the safeguards GDPR requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, or stop processing the data you sent us: one email to hello@videolift.io is enough. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Serbia that is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Changes

If the site's data practices change, this note and the date above will be updated first.
